Web-based software reduces costs to your organization
in several ways. To begin with, our production
costs are lower with web-based software because there are no CDs to create or distribute. Because our overhead is lower, we are able
to pass these savings on to you.
With web-based software, there is also reduced cost in setup and support. There is nothing to
install and all upgrades happen remotely and quickly, greatly reducing your initial setup costs and saving you time and money.
The only hardware requirement for web-based software is Internet access. While it may benefit your
organization to upgrade your network with more memory or newer computers, these upgrades are not necessary to use and benefit
from GiftsFriends&Time fundraising software. We want to help your organization raise money, not spend money.
With the lower costs of producing and providing web-based software, we are able to price GiftsFriends&Time to make it affordable to you.
PRICING DETAILS
Because we designed GiFT to be intuitive, we believe that you will be able to use it and benefit from it in
a very short amount of time. We provide our clients with an easy-to-read user manual that gives detailed information about the
features of GiFT and instructions on how to best utilize these features. To make sure your organization gets the most out of
GiftsFriends&Time fundraising software, we offer free email and phone support during your first 90 days of use.

- 25% discount to nonprofits with budgets of less than $1,000,000.00 = $1345.00
- 50% discount to nonprofits with annual budgets below $500,000.00 = $895.00
- Up to 3,000 names in database: $50.00 a month
- 3,001 -5,000 names in database: $75.00 a month
- 5,001 -10,000 names in database: $125.00 a month
- 10,001 -20,000 names in database: $200.00 a month
- Each additional 10,000 names: add $200.00 a month
Data Conversion: We offer two options for importing your data into GiftsFriends&Time. Each option will include an initial conversation to understand your needs and your data structure.
Basic Friend Import: $295 Flat Fee
You place Friend data in a pre-defined Excel spreadsheet. This import is limited to basic Friend information including contact information (name, address, phone number, etc), relationships, and notes. This option includes the spreadsheet for you to complete, a guide on how to enter data into the spreadsheet, up to 30 minutes communication time with an engineer, and the import of your data into GiftsFriends&Time.
Turn around time: 5-7 days
Custom Import: Estimate provided
A custom import involves placing more complex data into GiftsFriends&Time beyond basic Friend information. Custom data can include gifts, appeals, categories, custom fields, and other nonstandard information. A custom import can involve engineer time to extract data from your existing database, time to evaluate the data, programming time, and communication with the engineer all billed at $95 an hour.
Turn around time: 10-14 days minimum
Payment Schedules: The Data Conversion and Setup/Licensing Fee are due at the time the contract is signed. You will be billed quarterly for the monthly web-hosting fee.
Training: We believe you will be able to use GiftsFriends&Time quickly and
easily. We offer free user training sessions throughout the year at our office, which all new clients are invited to attend. These
sessions last from 3 to 4 hours. If you feel that you would like further training, we will be glad to discuss your needs and find a way to meet them.
Support: During your first quarter of use, we offer up to two hours of free
phone and email support to one contact person in your organization. Further email and phone support is $80 an hour, billed in 15
minute increments.
